Meet-N-Greet on February 5 from 6:00 – 7:00 PM. This is the perfect opportunity to learn more about what is required of Board members and how you can get involved. As a Board member, your primary responsibilities are governance, ensuring the organization's financial solvency, and supporting/advising the Executive Director.

Key functions to meet these responsibilities are:

• Serving a two-year term (April 2018 – March 2020)
• Being available 3-5 hours monthly for board business (meetings, committee work, calls,
• cultivation/fundraising activities, etc.)
• Acting as ambassador for the organization in a manner that raises ICAH's profile or
• increases its revenue
• Making a yearly financial contribution ($1,000 requested minimum)
