• One in four young parents in Chicago live in unsafe housing, yet only a handful of housing opportunities are available to them.
• Half of new HIV cases are among young people under age 25, yet 39% of Illinois schools surveyed do not teach about HIV/AIDS prevention.

JOIN OUR ACTION NETWORK

ICAH is building a statewide network of individuals committed to making a difference in the lives of Illinois’ youth by advocating directly with lawmakers in support of sound public policies that promote adolescent health. When you join this network, you will receive periodic alerts on critical legislative initiatives and have the opportunity to make your voice heard by lawmakers at the federal, state and local levels.

All information you provide when you join ICAH’s Action Network will be kept strictly confidential, and will not be given to any other groups. We need address information to ensure that the alerts you receive will be specific to your legislative district.
